Who we are

Visit Ayau is operated by PT Ayau Raja Ampat, Indonesia. Contact: info@visitayau.com.

What we collect on the sign-up page

One contact detail — an email address or a phone number — and the moment you submitted it. We also keep the country your connection came from, in two letters, to see where interest comes from. Nothing else, no cookies, no tracking pixels (site statistics: see below).

What we use it for

To send you one message when bookings open, expected in April 2027. That is the whole purpose; there is no newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.

Where it is stored and who sees it

In our booking database (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and, as a working copy, in our Google Workspace contacts. Nobody outside the company sees it and we never sell or share it.

How long

Until bookings open and the message is sent, then at most twelve months.

Site statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is doing overall, as aggregate numbers: which pages get visited and roughly where visits come from. Per Cloudflare's own documentation it sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser and does not use your IP address or browser to fingerprint you or follow you to other sites.

Your rights

You can have your details corrected or deleted at any time, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@visitayau.com. We delete on request, no questions asked. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
